BRV Staff Highlight: Maureen Cianci

Many thanks to Tina Stephens for the wonderful 5 star review: ‘We visited on Oct 3rd and had a great time! There was so much more to see than we even realized. We stayed 2-3 hours and will happily return again one day. We enjoyed riding the train, walking around the property, learning about the history, seeing all the displays and different buildings. One of the best parts of our day was meeting Maureen, who was working the ticket booth when we arrived. She is a delight! She gave us some history, answered our never ending questions, gave us input on what to be sure and not miss, etc. We saw her working hard with several charter bus groups that arrived as we were leaving but she still remembered us and was sure to wave and say goodbye’.
Those who have visited the museum likely know Maureen Cianci as one of the smiling faces who greet them upon arrival and departure. Tina’s review could not have described Maureen more perfectly, and we are so fortunate to have her on the BRVM team. She truly is a delight!
