Community Orgs Tabling Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in joining the Railway Village Museum on campus for upcoming fall 2026 events!

The following includes the events we currently have available for community partners to join us for free. Please let us know what events you’d like to attend and what you plan to bring along to share with our event attendees.

COMMUNITY EVENTS

Please plan to staff your table accordingly so your organization can stay for the full extent of the events.

• Family Harvest Day: October 3 | 10AM – 4 PM (please plan on hosting an activity at your table/tabling area)
• Railway SPOOKtacular: October 31 | 10AM – 2 PM (this is a trick-or-treat event — please plan on having candy on hand for distribution and to have your table decorated for our decoration contest!)

WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED

• A 10×10 space will be provided for each organization on the Village Green, so please feel free to bring a tent and activity items.
• Please note that each organization will need to bring their own table and table covering to this event.

Please note: though we appreciate that we are all nonprofit organizations, no fundraising or item sales will be permitted at these events.
